How to Fill SSC CHSL Online Form 2025 Exam

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the CHSL 2025 Examination. If you are planning to apply, it’s essential to know how to correctly fill out the form using the SSC One Time Registration (OTR) system.

SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) is a national-level exam conducted by SSC for recruitment to various posts like:

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

🧾 Documents Required Before Filling the Form

Before starting the registration, keep the following documents ready:

• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number

• Aadhaar Card or any valid ID proof

• Scanned Passport-size Photo (20 KB to 50 KB)

• Scanned Signature (10 KB to 20 KB)

• Matriculation and 12th Class Certificates

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Go to the SSC official website: https://ssc.gov.in

Step 2: Complete SSC OTR (One Time Registration)

If you’re a new user:

1. Click on “Register Now” on the homepage.

2. Enter your basic details such as name, date of birth, email, and mobile number.

3. Verify the OTP sent to your mobile and email.

4. Set your password and security question.

5. Login with your credentials and complete the profile with personal, educational, and contact information.

6. Upload scanned photo and signature.

🔒 Note: This is a one-time process and is mandatory for all future SSC exams.

Step 3: Login and Apply for SSC CHSL 2025

Once OTR is done:

1. Login to your account using your registered credentials.

2. Go to the “Latest Notifications” section.

3. Click on “Apply for CHSL 2025”.

4. Your basic details will be auto-filled from OTR.

5. Choose your exam center preferences.

6. Fill in category, educational details, and other required info.

7. Preview your form and ensure everything is correct.

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

• General/OBC: ₹100/-

• SC/ST/PwBD/Female: No fee
